Bench/Diagnostic fee $65 (or $0)
Diagnostic evaluations are $65. If you decide to proceed with a repair, the fee is waived. If you decide to not proceed with repair, you can donate the turntable for parts (if the turntable has value as a parts unit) and the fee is waived.

Bench Labor - hourly ($95) 
Mount and align your new or used cartridge $50 
Repair/replace hard-wired RCA cables or plugs - starting at $60
Simple speed adjustment (runs consistently slow or fast) - starting at $50
Clean speed controls (inconsistent speed) - starting at $50

Parts pricing (includes installation)
New platter belt installed (includes pitch calibration) $50 – $70
New tonearm drive belt (linear trackers) installed $50 – 60
New stylus (common aftermarket replacements) installed $30 – $50
New genuine manufacturer’s stylus installed $50 and up

House calls (on-site service)
House calls start at $95 + mileage.
We will come to your location and evaluate your equipment. If a repair is possible at your location, we will perform that repair. For most consoles, we will remove the components needing repair and service those at the shop, leaving the console furniture at your location.
