Turnaround Times
On October 27,2022 I was in a wreck. A car hit me while riding my motorcycle in the morning before work. The accident broke 10 (I think that’s the number everyone finally agreed on) of my ribs. I had a partially collapsed lung, a pneumothorax, a broken left thumb, A separated shoulder, and lots of other consequential bruises, etc. I spent 7 days in the hospital and I had 2 surgeries. I have 3 ribs "plated" with Titanium now. The pain was indescribable the first couple of days. Recovery is a longer-than-expected process, but I am doing much better.
As a result of all of this, service turnaround times have been reduced. If you call and don't get an answer, or a return call, or if nobody is there to open the door, this is why. I haven't caught up completely yet, but I am SO much closer now than ever before!
